A DITA DTD generator for creating topic specialization skeletons or shell DTDs that are not part of the official DITA DTD distribution.
Source code for the generator is hosted at Google Code. An online version of the generator is hosted at Google App Engine.
Note: this generator is a proof of concept, please leave bug reports if it misperforms or lacks features needed.
